Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. For international orders, see International orders below and our Refund policy.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). You’ll receive tracking when the order ships.

Delivery estimates (U.S.)
Once shipped, Standard delivery is generally 3–4 business days, depending on destination and carrier. Transit can occasionally take longer during peak periods or weather delays.

Free shipping
Orders $100+ (before tax) qualify for free U.S. Standard shipping, as shown at checkout when eligible.

Order changes & cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible at info@metatravelers.io. Once an order is in production or has shipped, we may not be able to change the address or cancel.

International orders
If we accept an international order, the customer is responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees. Delivery times vary by country. See our Refund policy for customs, refused, and undeliverable shipments.
