Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Window

We accept returns for eligible items up to 14 days after the product has been delivered to you. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a return, refund, or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be new, unused, and unopened in their original packaging and condition as received.

  • All original packaging, accessories, tags, and inserts must be included and undamaged.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt/email confirmation) is required.

To request a return, please email info@metatravelers.io with your order number and details. We will review eligibility and provide instructions if approved. Do not ship items back without prior authorization.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method (minus any applicable shipping or fees).

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or not as described (in which case, contact us for potential prepaid label instructions).

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on item availability. If exchanging for a different item, you may need to cover any price difference plus shipping.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective (manufacturing issue), or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@metatravelers.io with photos of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement (if available) or refund, and in many cases, we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label. Report these issues as soon as possible—ideally within the first 7 days of receipt—for fastest resolution.

Final Sale Items – No Returns or Exchanges

The following items are final sale and ineligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation (except in cases of proven defect/damage):

  • Pre-order items

  • Made-to-order or custom figures

  • Limited edition / exclusive releases

  • Clearance, sale, or discounted items

  • Any items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" on the product page or during checkout

Pre-orders and certain limited items may also be subject to cancellation fees if canceled after production begins.

International Orders & Customs

We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. [Your Brand] is not liable for products seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs or government agencies, and no refunds will be issued in such cases. Contact your local customs office for details on potential charges.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is refused, returned as undeliverable, or incurs additional shipping charges due to incorrect address information provided by you, no refund or credit will be issued, and you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
